The CEO Staff 최신 업데이트 및 릴리즈 노트 내역

Answers in your language, as they arrive - Thanks for Daseul
- Your language now lands under each sentence while the answer is still being written — you no longer wait for the whole answer to finish
- Every sentence carries its own translation, so the two always line up instead of dropping in as one block at the end
2.7.02026년 9월 4일
Goals in conversation, translation in stream
- Setting a meeting goal is now a conversation — your staff asks, you just answer, and the goal takes shape without a form
- Live translation now streams in real time — lines appear as they're spoken, and special characters no longer corrupt or cut off the output
- Signing in is reworked — one screen offers three ways in, sign-up moves step by step, and accounts that verified a phone but never finished can no longer slip into the app
- Errors report themselves — when something breaks, it reaches us automatically, so fixes come without you having to write in
- Fixed an occasional decryption error when relaunching after logout, and long file names no longer spill over neighboring documents
2.6.02026년 8월 31일
Sign in with your number
- The app opens on a phone number now — one number decides whether you sign in or sign up, and your code arrives by text
- New here? Agree to the terms, confirm the code, then add your name and email — verified with six digits, not a link you have to chase down in a browser
- Signed in with Google before? You'll be asked to verify a number once, and then you're through
- A mistyped code and an expired one no longer give the same vague answer, and resending waits out a 60-second cooldown instead of firing off another text
Answers you can go back to
- Answer history — a new window keeps your last 30 answers, so a fast conversation no longer buries the one you were reading. Open it from the prompter header and press any card to make it the current answer again
- Text size now lives in the prompter and history windows themselves — 14 to 28px without leaving the meeting, and every overlay window moves with it
- Auto-answer is a switch at the bottom of the prompter instead of buried in settings — still off by default
- Direction chips now show up in manual mode too, so you can steer an answer you called up yourself
- Pause moved up beside the title, and the bottom row belongs to answers alone
- Swiping through direction chips no longer snaps back to the start while an answer is streaming in
The transcript keeps up
- The live transcript follows the conversation again — waiting on a translation used to quietly break the follow, leaving you parked mid-meeting
- Scroll up to reread something and it stays put, with a "back to auto-scroll" button waiting at the bottom. Press it, or scroll to the end yourself, and it picks the conversation back up
Meeting notes in your language
- Meeting notes, the live summary, and share emails now follow the app's language — Korean, English, or Japanese — instead of always arriving in Korean, whatever language the meeting was held in
- Default meeting titles follow it too — "Meeting on Aug 31, 4:30 PM" when the app is in English
Fixes
- Long meetings no longer stop transcribing partway through — a connection that died without saying so now reconnects, and the opening stretch of a long meeting stays in the saved transcript
- If the app quits mid-meeting, the next launch offers to pick up where you left off, recording included
- Remaining usage opens again when you press it in the sidebar
- Your meeting goal now sits in your staff's speech bubble, and the goal dialog leads with one big field instead of a form
- Meeting notes fill the window top to bottom — no more empty band under the list
- The close button on dialogs is bigger and round, so it's easier to hit
- Your staff takes a new pose each time you come back to home
2.5.32026년 8월 19일
Small fixes
- If your app language is Japanese, the prompter window now opens in Japanese too — it used to fall back to Korean
- The list of invitations you've sent shows up again
2.5.22026년 8월 13일
Any language, interpreted
- Live interpretation now works in meetings held in any language — Tamil, Hindi, Thai, Arabic and more are translated in real time instead of silently skipped
- Flow catch-up keeps its notes in one script — foreign names and terms are transliterated instead of pasted as-is
- Answer scripts never come out in a language you can't read — in unsupported-language meetings they're written in your own
2.5.12026년 8월 12일
Sharing, done right
- Type a name or an email when sharing meeting notes — people you've shared with before appear instantly, most-frequent first
- Recipients are hidden from each other by default; tap the eye on a person to make them visible, and a line below tells you exactly who sees whom
- The message you write with a share now actually arrives in the email
- If a mail can't go out, the app says so instead of pretending it was sent
- Long meeting titles no longer run into the close button
2.5.02026년 8월 12일
Meeting goals — write one, and the staff steers there
- Before you start a session you can set a goal: what you want out of the meeting, what you must walk away with, and the line you won't cross. Skip it and everything works exactly as before
- Ask your staff for a briefing and it reads your knowledge base, your memory, and past meetings with the same client, then drafts an agenda, the questions to expect, and a line to take
- During the meeting your answer scripts, direction chips, and suggested questions all lean toward that goal — and never offer a concession past your walk-away line
- The Catch up tab keeps your agenda as a live checklist, so you can see what is still untouched while there is time left
- When the meeting ends your notes score each goal as met, partly met, or missed, with the evidence from what was actually said
- Whatever you missed carries into your next meeting — the goal screen offers it back with one tap
- Your goals and that scoring stay yours: they are stripped from shared links and exported summaries
2.4.02026년 8월 11일
Catch up, now organized by topic
- What's said in your meeting sorts itself into topics — nothing to set up
- The topic being discussed right now opens automatically, with the flow of topics at a glance
- The overlay shows a compact now / recent / flow view
- Meeting notes get a table of contents built from the same topic map
- Prefer a timeline? A toggle in the header brings back the chronological view
- Fixed screen-recording permission granted on an older version not being recognized — turn it on once more and it sticks
2.3.92026년 8월 11일
Permissions that stick
- Fixed "Screen & System Audio Recording" reading as denied even though it was switched on in System Settings — an outdated permission record from older versions was getting in the way, and the app now clears it automatically
- After this update, macOS may ask you to switch the permission on one more time. Allow it once and it stays fixed through every future update
2.3.82026년 8월 11일
Sign-up & onboarding, rebuilt
- Sign-up now takes your name, country, and phone — find your country by typing, and the number formats itself
- Google sign-in no longer locks out Touch ID and email — closed the browser window? Just press the button again
- Password rule simplified: 10+ characters with a lowercase letter and a number
- New onboarding step for adding meeting material to your knowledge base — answers now fit what your meeting is about
- Turned on a permission but the screen didn't notice? A "Restart the app" button appears
- Expanded Japanese translations across sign-in, sign-up, and onboarding
2.3.72026년 8월 11일
日本語対応 / Japanese
- The app is now available in Japanese — switch it in Settings › Language
- Fixed the monthly usage line dropping the actual number in English
- System notifications and dialogs now follow your language instead of always showing Korean
2.3.62026년 8월 10일
Polish
- The update prompt sits at the top of the window again
- Restarting now tells you what is happening, and a system notification bridges the few seconds the app is closed
2.3.42026년 8월 10일
One-click restart, fixed
- Clicking "Restart now" actually restarts the app — no more waiting
- Added an internal test channel so the team can verify updates before everyone gets them
2.3.32026년 8월 10일
Sturdier updates
- The app now offers to move itself to Applications when launched from the disk image
- Update state survives sign-out and reload — the restart prompt no longer disappears
- Failed update checks retry automatically instead of giving up
- All update buttons now share one path — no more duplicate 250MB downloads
2.3.22026년 8월 10일
Small polish
- The update progress bar now shows the exact percentage
2.3.12026년 8월 10일
One-click updates
- Updates now download in the background and install with a single restart — starting from the next release
- Just for this one, please update the old way: download, then drag to Applications
- Fixed the update notification not responding to clicks
- After each update, a completion notice appears — click it to see what's new

Introducing The CEO Staff
- Interprets what the other side says in real time, and puts the words you should say next on your screen

- Add your documents (txt, md, pdf, docx) to the knowledge base and answers are grounded in them
- Meeting notes are written up automatically when you finish, with share links and file export
- The answer prompter stays hidden from screen sharing, so the other side never sees it
- Answer now ⌘/ · Freeze answer ⌥/ · Show or hide prompter ⌘\
- Runs on both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs. Please allow microphone and screen recording on first launch
